Landscapes

Aside from painting some abstract and non-objective works when I was a student, I have since then been attracted to painting the world around me. It’s not only clouds, trees, meadows and rivers that stimulate my imagination, but how everything is visible because of Light. I suppose you could say that the subject of the landscapes then is Light, and in that sense my teachers have been Turner, Constable, George Innes and Caspar David Friedrich.
